Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use FocalScore: to scan a website, read the report and buy the AI report, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.
What we do
- A “Skip to content” link is the first thing on every page, for keyboard and screen-reader users.
- Every interactive element shows a clearly visible outline when it has keyboard focus.
- Animations and the scroll effects are switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages declare their language, so screen readers pronounce them correctly.
- We run our own accessibility checks — text contrast, image text alternatives, form labels, heading order and more — against this site, the same checks every FocalScore report includes.
Limitations we know about
- The downloadable PDF report is a generated document without the tagging some screen readers rely on. Everything in it is also on the web version of your report, which is the better choice with a screen reader.
- We have not had the site formally audited against a particular version of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, so we don't claim a conformance level.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on the site doesn't work for you, email info@focalscore.com with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within one business day, and if a barrier stops you getting your report we'll send it to you in a form that works for you.
