Three quick checks you can run on any public website, free and with no signup. Each one reads a single file or response and tells you, in plain English, what it means and what to change. Nothing you enter is stored.

• AI crawler checker

  Can ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google read your site? Reads your robots.txt rules for each crawler and requests your page under each AI crawler's user agent to spot firewall blocks.

• robots.txt checker

  Fetches and reads your robots.txt: syntax mistakes, whether it blocks your homepage or the files your pages need, what each major crawler is allowed, and whether its sitemap lines load.

• IndexNow key checker

  Finds your IndexNow key file, or checks the key you paste, and confirms it is served the way Bing, Yandex and the other IndexNow engines require.

How these tools work

Each tool makes a handful of requests to the site you enter — the robots.txt file, the page itself, a sitemap or a key file — through the same safeguarded fetcher as our full scan, identifying itself as FocalScoreBot. The AI crawler checker also requests the page once under each AI crawler's published user agent, to see whether your server treats them differently.

To keep them free and fair to the sites being checked, each address can run them a limited number of times an hour.
